Are there any discounts?

If you are a regular customer in our physical shop and receive a discount, we're more than happy for you to apply it to your online purchases!  Just give us a call at the shop and ask what the promo code is for your regular in-store discount... simple as that!

How can I get my order?

You can select either local pickup (for those who live/are visiting nearby) or you can opt to have us ship to you via USPS priority mail.

why is the shipping cost so much?

We ship exclusively using the united states postal service priority mail.  This allows you to track your package every step of the way and gets your order to you in 1-3 business days no matter what state you're located in.  That being said, the USPS has recently raised their rates for the holiday season so our shipping prices reflect that.

What happens if my item is out of stock?

As we are a small shop, we sometimes run through our stock quicker than we can replace it.  If the item you ordered happened to run out before we could adjust our inventory, we will call you at the number provided on your order.  We will let you choose from our available sizes/colors we currently have stocked or offer you a refund.

What if my item doesn't fit?

If you ordered the wrong size, you can mail your item back to us along with return postage, and a note requesting the correct size.  ***If we goofed (we're human, it can happen) and we didn't send the size you ordered, we will cover all shipping costs.*** We will ship out the requested size once we have received your return as long as we have it in stock.

What happens if my item is damaged/wrong?

If there is an issue with your item out of the box, we will happily replace your item.  Just send us an email at encinitassurfboards@gmail.com, reference your order number, and let us know the issue and we will be in touch about replacement.

What is your return policy?

OUR POLICY LASTS 30 DAYS. IF 30 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOUR PURCHASE, UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN’T OFFER YOU A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.  
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT returns on PRODUCTS THAT ARE INTIMATE OR SANITARY GOODS, HAZARDOUS MATERIALS, OR FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS OR GASES.

How do I get a refund?

In order to obtain a refund, you must return your item to us in new condition with all original packaging and receipt.  We will credit your account less the shipping costs upon receipt and verification.

Where is my refund?

Refunds often take 5-7 business days to show up on your account.  Please don't ask us why, as the inner workings of the banks mystify us as well.
